Please Note: If you place an Expedited shipment (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day) between 10 am Mondays and 12 am Wednesdays, your order will not ship until 10 am Wednesday. All other orders placed in that same time frame will be processed in the order they arrive, starting Wednesday mornings.

Returns:

We know sometimes things don’t work out, so to return an item, please follow these steps:

1.) Call or e-mail our Sugar Sports Customer Service Gear Gals.
2.) Tell us the item you need to return, when you bought it, and why you need to return it. Please have your sales order number handy.
3.) The Customer Service Gear Gals will give you a Return Authorization (RA) number, please write it on the outside of your box.
4.) Put a note inside your return box with your RA number, as well as a brief note detailing the return reason.
5.) Ship your return back to Sugar Sports at:

6.) Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund your credit card accordingly. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement (card processing times vary.)

Please Note:

  • Your return must be in new and resellable condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns need to be within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All return shipping is your responsibility. We will only refund shipping in the event of a Sugar Sports shipping error.
  • We highly recommend insuring your returned items for their full value.
  • Please pack your return well. We will not accept returns that have suffered shipping damage due to insufficient packaging.
  • All items returned without the proper RA information will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • All sales of clearance merchandise are final.
